About
About Eurofinancenews
Eurofinancenews is an independent editorial library covering European financial news — markets, central banking, corporate finance, fintech, macroeconomy, and regulation. We publish guides, comparisons, and short explainers written to be useful when you actually have a decision to make.
What we cover
Our work is organised into six desks: European Markets, Central Banking, Corporate Finance, Fintech, Macroeconomy, and Regulation & ESG. Each desk is handled by a specialist editor who follows one field closely rather than chasing every headline.
How our editorial process works
Every guide starts from primary sources — regulator texts, central-bank releases, company filings, and official statistics — not from other coverage. Claims are anchored to a specific figure, date, or institution so a reader can verify them. Drafts are reviewed by the desk editor before publication, and we prefer to explain mechanics over repeating consensus.
Updates and corrections
Financial rules and data change. When a guide is affected, we update it and note the change. If you spot an error, email us and we will review it — see our Policy Center for how corrections are handled.
Independence and advertising
Eurofinancenews is reader-focused and funded in part by advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertising never determines editorial coverage, and sponsored placements — if any — are labelled. Nothing here is investment advice; it is background to help you understand and decide.
